I support ADHD, AuDHD & Autistic women through a wide range of life challenges. If you're burnt out, struggling under the weight of everyday demands, or navigating a major life change, you’re in the right place.
I provide counselling and therapeutic capacity-building for women experiencing:
burnout, overwhelm and perfectionism
ADHD or AuDHD, including challenges with emotional regulation, relationships, communication, and work
hormonal challenges, PMDD, or perimenopause
reproductive trauma, such as infertility or miscarriage
I offer a safe space to say what's really going on, and together we'll build strategies and tools to help you feel steadier and more in control of your emotions, energy, and choices.
Because I have lived experience of many of these things myself, I understand how deeply they can shape the way you feel about yourself and the world. I know the particular exhaustion of holding it together and keeping a "happy face" on when you're running on empty.
We'll work as a team. My hope is that you leave feeling more balanced, better resourced, and less like your body and brain are running the show without you.
I see women right across Australia through flexible online and phone sessions, wherever you are and however you're feeling. You deserve to feel heard and supported, and I'm here to help.
