counselling

I offer support tailored to women facing a range of challenges, including ADHD and AuDHD, perimenopause, PMDD, hormonal conditions, burnout, and reproductive trauma.

My counselling is personalised and strengths-focused, helping you reconnect with your values, your sense of purpose, and the goals that matter to you. My style is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and capacity-building, drawing on an integrative blend of professional skill and knowledge alongside the wisdom of lived experience, both mine and others'. I strongly value self-identification and your own insight into what works best for you.

I support ADHD, AuDHD, and Autistic women to:

  • work through burnout and find steadier emotional regulation

  • build systems that actually help you get things done

  • navigate the ways hormones affect ADHD and AuDHD

  • identify, articulate, and accommodate your needs at work, home, study, and in relationships

I have particular interest in AuDHD, nutrition and gut health, autoimmunity, EDS, POTS, hypermobility, MTHFR, RCCX theory, and histamine intolerance.

public speaking

I bring engaging, authentic, and insightful presentations to conferences, events, and workplaces.

Drawing on my blend of professional expertise and lived experience, I speak on neurodivergence in women, with a particular focus on ADHD and women's health. My presentations pair current research with honest, compassionate advocacy, covering topics such as ADHD assessment in girls, the hormonal impacts on ADHD, managing fatigue and burnout, workplace and personal accommodations, and supporting perimenopause and PMDD in ADHD women.

Book me to bring fresh perspective and practical knowledge to your audience.
