I offer support tailored to women facing various challenges including difficulties with ADHD and AuDHD, perimenopause, PMDD, hormonal conditions, burnout, and reproductive trauma.

I provide personalized, strengths-focused counseling to help you uncover your values, sense of purpose, and goals.

My counseling style is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, drawing from an integrative approach of extensive professional skills and knowledge; and the wisdom of lived experience (both mine and others!). I strongly value self-diagnosis and your insights into what works best for you.

I specialise in supporting neurodivergent women to:

  • manage burnout and emotional regulation

  • develop systems to get “stuff” done!

  • navigate the impacts of hormones on ADHD and AuDHD

  • learn how to identify, articulate and accommodate your needs at work, home, study, and in relationships.
